Our experts are highly experienced in assessing claims for disruption, delay and associated cost. They apply sound planning principles to evaluate and report on productivity and Extension of Time (EOT) issues. Additionally, they audit schedule sequencing, initiate logic checks and advise on and prepare submissions to the contract administrator in response to changes, and calculate the exact impact of disruptions on Project completion dates.
