Preparation of Level I and level IV repair , maintenance and start up schedules, start up schedules prepared as hourly schedules due to the commercial impact of delayed start up. Senior project controls engineers supplied on site during the bid, conversion and commissioning phase of the Ikdam conversion project, carried out at Malta Drydock shipyard on behalf of Coparex. Preparation of schedules levels I to VI for all phases of the project, creation of a project controls and progress s measurement database which was used by the yard for subsequent projects. Petro Consultants were also involved in training of yard personnel in the use of primavera and the project controls database and the successful bid and execution of a US Navy refurbishment project also carried out at the yard.

Senior Planning and cost engineers provided on the Kakap Natuna FPSO project, initially on an upgrade feasibility study and then on the preparation of schedules for classification works.

Senior Planning and cost engineer supplied for BP on the refurbishment and refitting project of the Dada Gorgud drilling rig located in the Caspian Sea. Responsibilities here were to run risk analysis on the schedule to ensure that the essential works were complete within budget and on schedule to allow drilling program to commence within limitations of drilling weather window.

Senior Planning and cost engineer for BP on the front end design engineering and construction phases of the drilling facilities of the Shah Deniz TPG. Principal duties consisted in preparation of class two estimates for the drilling facilities, preparation of integrated schedules, development of a risk analysis model and review and monitoring of subcontract schedules and progress.

Planning consultant for Global Santa Fe on the commissioning phase of the Constellation I construction. Preparation of system start up requirements schedules and co-ordination of testing materials and manpower. Development of the offshore cost risk model statistics and preparation of construction forensic information.

Planning Engineering support on a series of platform shutdowns for Chevron. Co-ordination of manpower and materials to execute shutdown works an start up works.

Planning Engineer working on a series of maintenance shutdowns for QGPC throughout the Bul Hanine gas field. Main responsibilities were the development of shutdown schedules, material and manpower co-ordination and daily reporting of events.

Supplied a Project controls manager for ConocoPhillips on the engineering, construction and commissioning phases of the HDS clean fuels project. Responsibility for the management of the contractors planning and cost strategies, the application and reporting of the financial controls of the project, both client cost and subcontractors cost and the development, maintenance and integrity of the project schedule.

Senior planning and cost controls engineer supplied who was responsible for the development and implementation of planning and cost control procedures to be applied to all maintenance, repair and contingency works throughout the BP refining and chemical complex at Grangemouth.
